This little collection of paintings on paper are what I like to call my ‘in-between artworks’. These are the pieces I work on in-between my large canvas paintings when I am experimenting ideas for new series and trying out different techniques, or simply taking a break from whatever it is I’m currently working on. They are so important for me as an Artist in that they continue the flow of painting and let me release new ideas. Normally I try to work within a cohesive framework, but the beauty of this collection is that they are stepping stones to a bigger story, and I value them just as much as I do my large works on canvas.
